A Deck of Cards

Im not sure if it’d be possible but much like the dice are a great way of selective gambling I feel that if you could create a deck of cards it could lead to a whole new way of RP. For instance at the mondello in St Denis the upstairs could be a gambling ring for high rollers. Or you could just have your rag tag people traversing the streets waiting to make money off a sucker at blackjack. There is alot you could do with just a deck of cards that could bring alot of RP to the State of Monroe.
