Aiming Bloom (WITHOUT RETICLE)

In RDO, the aiming system includes a bloom circle which shrinks towards the reticle dot.

I suggest a quarter second of aim bloom with NO RETICLE be added, to slighly assist with aiming.

Justification is, I have heard about gaming monitors having monitor reticles. I have heard people sometimes use these for hunting. Id hope thats all they are used for. But one cant help but wonder.
Id suggest that adding just the quarter or half second of bloom would give enough assistance while hunting or wolf/bear/cougar defense, and people would have less need to use their monitor crosshairs.
