ok a speakeasy style underground gambling den with one table of each game but if it took dirty cash instead of normal cash. thus having another revenue for the dirty cash to disappear. ran by a player/admin that took a small door fee and to over see things. obv have all the risks of being busted and shut down if found and have a large cooldown time before it could pop up some where else.
