hemp dryers

so with the new update on hemp/weed instead of having dry room locations dotting around take this bit to player based.. the introduction of dryer racks that can be purchased from a faction. these then can be placed where the player likes not in towns or houses and uses the sun to dry . place rack down - add x ammount of hemp wait to dry. maybe like how sugar is processed. thus gives more interaction pvp and also something else to use money on getting . these can be removed after placing to be stored away..
