Nerf Pistol Whipping

Either nerf the damage of pistol/revolver/rifle/bashing or remove the damage. Keep it as an roleplay mechanic, not a game mechanic. Two hitting people with your weapon is just too powerful. Half the time people just do it cause they don’t wanna fight fairly so they immediately go for the most damaging option that isn’t a gunshot, skirting the subpar rp rule.

Pistol whip is always a random chance of knocking someone out or not. I seen ppl pistol whip someone about 3 times and the person didn’t go down. Several times, I seen it happening. I was victm of one.

Also, gotta consider that you hitting someone with your gun, or the butt of your gun. That will take someone down right away. Most of the times

It’s not RNG, it takes 2 hits to knock a full health player out.

@ModdingNerd Pistol whipping should be a rare thing. As you said, it’s very strong, and often times ends an interaction very quickly, and is poorly used. If you think someone has done so in a poor manner, and its resulted in poor RP, make sure to clip and report the interaction.
