Powerball Lottery System

The idea of taxes came up in the discord. I think it would be interesting if we taxed people (non business owners) sitting on over $10k. Maybe $2-$3 an hour.

That money goes into a weekly powerball where people can purchase tickets at a casino. Whoever wins, gets that tax money pool.

This will give the opportunity for people to RP gambling commissions, casino owners with more than just regular poker and dice, etc.

This can also give people that lose their money a chance to win it back as well as people who don’t have a lot of money to win!
