Buffalo Poaching

I have been told its illegal to poach buffalo from when I got to this server. I only however see 1 buffalo near blackwater or 1 near armadillo. I know buffalo were hunted to extinction but If you spawn in more buffalo it will make people want to hunt them more for the pelt and that will give the natives more chances at RP to catch people hunting buffalo, it will also give law a chance to enforce the no buffalo hunting law. I think turning up the spawn rate or adding in more buffalo to the planes would make for some great RP
