Add a Bank to Van Horn

I mean… Annesburg is just down the road haha

The town realistically would probably not have a bank, its run down, desolate of people who dont wanna shoot you on sight, and is too close to another major area. I don’t forsee it getting a bank, but never say never!

Legit needed, all business there are targeted to constant robbery because every single transaction needs you to exit town with robbable goods, or alot of money. everyone avoids Van Horn because just for simply walking to the saloon or genral store to make a $5 buy, you have to ride to annesburg and back, and god forbid you need to buy more now you have to ride again. as a business owner in Van Horn, its not worth it to stay in town and its better to go sell on the road because you carry the same risk and you get bigger reach.
