Make Dynamite purely usable for bank robberies

In it’s current state, dynamite really just acts as a catalyst for power-gaming. Which the way it’s used in that respect isn’t realistic. No one would light a stick of dynamite and wave it around in their hand unless they had a death wish. And, realistically, you wouldn’t be able to light a stick quick enough to use it as a throwable weapon when in line of sight of other individuals. However, as a placeable item for bank vaults, it makes more sense due to the setup.

And we’d still have firebottles if someone wants to threathen someone’s home/business with being severely damaged!
