Telegrams Notification : Individual and groups

Hello,

I do understand that is an essential matter to get the most immersive sensation in RP but I do find it quite difficult for individual, groups and businesses not to have an specific method of knowing when a telegram has been received. Even at the era for newspaper and telegrams civilians and business had a way to know once telegram were being sent and received; therefore, something as an icon or a script or sound notification may be useful for this.
For example; if you are logged off and someone sends a telegram to you or your group, an icon can be seen when you log in so with this you can actually know that someone has wrote you.
This same icon can be used when log in, doesnt need to be a sound but can be similar to culling icon. I do believe this can have many benefits for telegram groups and individuals.

This is an example, it does not mean it has to be exactly this one but on how can be used. You’ll see that even has a tab for contacts, and this can have, telegram (inbox), contacts and group tab
