Butcher profession

Proposal:
What I am suggesting is have a playable butcher profession that can take the carcass of an animal and fully dress it down and portion out meat vs the quick field dressing and skinning that occurs out in the wild. Hunters could bring in their fresh kill and with the butchers skills they would be able to either produce a larger amount of meat, or alternitavely different types of meat (ex. chuck, flank, ribs, ternderloin, brisket, etc) and increase the quality of the skinned hide. They could even take organs and make things like tripe, casings for sausage and assorted offal.

Hunters and butchers could negotiate on whether they just want to sell the carcass wholesale to the butcher, pay a simple fee to perform on the animal (kind of similar to people bringing ore to a blacksmith and having them smith something from it and only being charged a simple fee). Butchers could be hired to come along on hunting expeditions to cut up downed animals that are too large to bring back to a butchers home. They could also be hired by ranches to come to their farms and properly and slaughter their livestock for them (if they have livestock that spawns in their farm or when the livestock update goes live).

I often found it odd that after cutting up a whole elk or buck we only get 1-2 pieces of meat to show for it. With this proposed profession, it would make sense that a butcher would be able to make more use out of an animal. It opens doors for more business RP and more common interactions you would of seen back in the day.
