Public Workbenches

Basically, more public crafting for everyone and opportunities, and not locked behind factions, businesses, and such. It’s the frontier and folks knew how to do more things than todays world and worked at figuring it out. I know, go to the actual businesses and resterants/saloons, but not all characters frequent saloons and prefer to cook or make things for themselves.
