Clipboard animation when opening /Law

I think it would look better when doing /Law if you had the clipboard animation not the notebookbook one

I’d also love to suggest enabling it for women as it to my knowledge currently dosen’t work for female characters. Which is odd as I assume it’s the same animation used at the telegrams

I personally like the notebook one! But a counter suggestion: Allow the selection of which animation to use in the /settings menu. In either case it would be a Laoh or Golden thing to change :D
