Items placed by an owner in a business/home not pick-upable by others

There is so many items in Monroe that would be perfect for sprucing up a business, Benches, Taxidermy, candles, rugs, ect

however, it seems almost as soon as you place something down, someone else thinks they can just pick it up and walk away with it

I know there is something where faction leaders can place a campfire and have their camping equipment stay down, it would be beneficial to allow property/business owners to do the same! (maybe limit it to a certain number of items)

Hello, so we cannot arbitrarily add this. It would apply to all placed items, which we do not want as it removes a lot of roleplay. Additionally, it means that folks could just drop their stuff everywhere, and no one else would be able to remove it.

Its not faction leaders by the way, its anyone in the posession of a permanent campfire. Anyone can get one if they make a ticket requesting one.
