Consider, having a second admin to mediate and be the judge instead of the 1 admin that banned you. This way, a fresh set of ears can listen in and see things from a different POV. If it’s just the admin that banned you, they may be set on their own way and not see the other person’s POV.

This is already the case. Many tickets have several admins reviewing it, especially bans or ban appeals. We find this helps address concerns regarding consistency.

Thank you for your comment. Do they only see it and just not provide any input? Everyone i’ve talked to that has tried to appeal has said there was only 1 person (the person that banned them).

One admin handles it, but every ban is discussed by all admins. We don’t treat bans lightly, and often times you have 4 or more giving input and discussing. We just have one admin handle the communications so as not to feel like we are ganging up on one person.
Our general rule of thumb in tickets is that the one who claims is is the communicator, but we all work together on them.
