Change /removekeys from player IDs to character IDs

Reposting this:
It would be the same as dismissing employees by character ID.

Especially helpful when employees leave the server, or you’re not able to meet up with them due to times not lining up.

I’ve had to give 10-20 employees at my business new sets of keys almost monthly due to long term employees leaving and never showing back up. And it’s become inconvenient for the employees that have to wait a couple days to get to the storage again due to timezones and such :(

Hmm I believe this one is possible! This would be a Laoh/Golden change, however :D
