Show/hide/Relevant settings for hud

Currently for HUD settings Ranch has show and hide… is there any possible way to have it so that it only shows up if its relevant? Something like if your health is below 80% it shows up or only when Culling is a serious issue does it show up… Only when you change ranges does the microphone part show up.. etc.
