Proposed Female Model Customization

Hi RanchRP Community,

I’d like to discuss a potential enhancement for our character customization options, especially concerning the female character models on the server. As we’ve all seen, the server team has made significant updates to these models, which is fantastic. However, the current default “underwear” attire for female characters might not suit everyone’s taste or character’s story.

To offer more customization freedom, I propose adding a toggleable option in the in-game /settings. This would allow players of female characters to choose between the current “underwear” look and the previous “nude” (akin to “Barbie doll-style”) appearance. Additionally, introducing options like “just bra” or “just shorts” could provide even more flexibility, allowing for a more personalized character representation in certain situations like bathing, washing oneself, family RP, etc.

This feature could be similar to how we currently select preferred walking styles for our characters. It’s all about giving players more control over how their characters look and feel, enhancing our immersive experience in the RanchRP world.

I believe these options would be a valuable addition to our community, emphasizing our commitment to diverse player preferences and detailed character customization.

The textures on your “underwear” are something that is default to the female body model, this system would require them to be able to figure out a way to attach a diffrent texture to the model. I beleive this may not be very easily done in the current state of REDM Modding.

It may be something for the future but the new underwear does not look very good and looks more like part of the skin then actual underwear. The “nude model” was same thing just didnt have the texture on the skin to look that way and rather look like a barbie doll then the current texture. Now this still may be something we need to wait on as its not a priority and also they need to figure out even how to do it.
