Standing on slightly elevated rocks to avoid aggressive wildlife should be NVL or powergaming

This has been something that bothers me for a while, people walking onto a slightly elevated rock that they can just step on and avoid wolves, cougars or grizzlies.

Some of those animals can climb trees and bust down doors with ease, why wouldnt they be able to get onto the rock you had no problem stepping onto?

It is already technically under powergaming. I don’t understand why it’s being downvoted. It’s exploiting the game mechanics and AI.
