Make Horse Saddlebag Storage Accessible from Ground

If we could make the horse’s storage accessible from the ground, like the wagon storage, and possibly add some type of animation for going through your bags so people can see you’re rifling through your (or their) stuff

I mean, you can access your saddlebags from the ground. You need to be right up to your horse and open your inventory.

You can, by standing beside your horse and locking onto it by holding right click. It’s a little finnicky sometimes, but it works.
