Wire Money through telegram

Be able to send money to someone via telegram for say a fixed rate of 2 dollars this way buisnesses can pay transactions to people that it is dificult to meet up with due to time constraints

Western Union was doing this in 1872 and by 1877 almost $2.5 million was wired. I’m all for RP and promoting interaction, but having this would help businesses out a lot! It’s already hard enough dealing with different time zones and telegrams. PLEASE ADD!

Invoicing will be part of the new banking update. I think this will cover most of this use case.
