Speed up sugar processing

It’s shit, not really much else to this suggestion. Nobody wants to sit at a processor for hours and hours on end.

At the moment it takes roughly 14 minutes to process sugar in Guarma/Flatneck. IMO it should be reduced to 5-7 minutes, or even lower than that to be honest.

Almost all processing times are excessive tbh. Hemp dry, rum, moonshine, sugar, and tequila.

As Absoroot mentioned, it takes too much time for all of them; they should definitely all be reduced quite heavily.

I’ll pass this onwards to the Economy team to ask for more feedback.
