Boxing Glove Item That Makes Punching Do Less Damage

I believe that rp fights in county are very quick, this doesnt allow time for suspense if one was to open a boxing ring, the crowd cant get fully hyped for a fight if someones on the floor within a minute or two. I feel like some kind of item, (or if you can make the woolen gloves in the clothing store do the same thing) Which you can see if someone is wearing so they dont cheat and just not wear them, even if its an animation or if it forces a description on a person while wearing them that says “Wearing Boxing Gloves”, would really add to the realism of a boxing fight, and will allow for a much more suspenseful roleplay experience when boxing, and when watching said events.

I understand that high punch damage is needed as a base, after all its realistic, and if someone gets in close quarters when having a gun, it gives the other person a chance, but I believe this kind of item is vital for those who wish to possibly have a huge boxing empire. Say its come down to two people and you spend a lot of time and money promoting these two individuals to fight, even a title fight and its over in a minute, i think it would be a lot less suspenseful and would provide a quick experience rather than a long suspenseful one.
